Products: Sea Moss Gels: We do not offer returns or refunds for our sea moss gels due to the nature of the product.
Other Products: If you are not satisfied with any other product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, as long as the product is in its original, unopened condition.
Refund Process: To initiate a return, please email us at ocseamoss@gmail.com. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Delivery Charge: If you are located outside of our local delivery range, a delivery charge may apply. The amount of the charge will depend on your location and the size of your order.
Express Shipping: For customers located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we offer express shipping. Your order will be shipped and processed within 3 business days.
Standard Shipping: For all other shipping options, your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of processing.
